How do I search inside a Learning Hub?
Each Learning Hub has its own search box in the header, and it searches that hub only. A search in the Sales Hub returns Sales content.
Run a search
Start typing in the search box in the hub header. Results appear as you type, with nothing to select or submit.
How results are grouped
Results are grouped by what they are:
- Courses
- Files
- Discussion Groups
A group with no matches is hidden, so seeing two groups rather than three means the third had nothing to show.
Where a result takes you
A course result with a matching module or topic opens the module or topic that matched, not the top of the course. A discussion result opens the matching post, not the group's front page. You are taken directly to the topic you were looking for. Whole courses and discussion groups may also appear as results. Clicking them will open the main page for that group or course.
Seeing every match
Where one group has more than four matches, a View All Results control appears at the bottom. It opens a full results page with a count for each group and a link back to the hub.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my search return nothing from another pillar?
Hub search is deliberately limited to its own hub. To search files across all four pillars, use the search box in the Resource Library.
Does the search cover content I cannot open?
No. Results only include content your membership covers.
How do I get back to the hub?
Clearing the search box closes the results and returns the page to the filters you had set.
