Invite new sub account users to your Q4intelligence site account by visiting your membership settings and adding new users manually or via a link.
Available for the Integrate membership only.
Adding sub accounts
- When logged into the Q4intelligence site from any page, hover over your name and profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Click Profile.
- In the profile navigation menu, click Membership and then the Subscriptions tab below.
- On the far right, click Sub Accounts.
- There are two ways to add a sub account from here—manually add user or send a link to the recipient.
Manually add sub account:
- At the top of the page, click Add Sub Account.
- Enter user’s information in the form boxes.
Please note: Select the Send NEW members the welcome email box to ensure user can create their password.
- Click Submit.
Send a link to sub account recipient:
Repeat the steps for additional team members.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and copy the signup URL.
- Send the link to the team member.
