My agency pays for our account. How do I ask for more access?
If your seat is part of your agency's membership, changes to that membership are made by the account owner. You will see "Contact Your Account Admin" on a locked page instead of an option to speak with our sales team.
How to tell you are on your agency's account
Two signs: your seat was set up for you by someone at your agency rather than by you, and locked pages offer you the "contact your admin” option instead of a sales contact.
Who your account admin is
Your account admin is the person at your agency who owns the membership, often the one who arranged it in the first place. They are the only person who can add a pillar or change the plan.
What to tell them
On a locked page, you will see the full explanation of what a locked hub contains, so you can make the case to the account owner. Include two things in your message:
- Which hub you were trying to open. Marketing, Sales, Service, or Leadership.
- What you were trying to do with it. A course you need, or the kind of file you were looking for.
What happens next
Your admin contacts our sales team to add the pillar. Once it is added, the hub and that pillar's resource category both open up for every seat the change covers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for a single pillar on my own seat?
No. Access is set at the membership level, so it goes through your account admin.
Nobody at my agency seems to be the admin. What then?
Submit a support question, and we will help you find out who holds the membership.
