What is a 30/30 Session?

The 30/30 Soapbox Series are virtual community sessions for learning and discussion that combine expert teaching with open peer conversation. Topics are centered around the Q4i Growth Platform of marketing, sales, service, and leadership topics.

Note: The 30/30 Soapbox Sessions and Series is only available to Goose members.

A 30/30 Session is a virtual learning and collaboration opportunity offered through Goose. It is designed to provide agency leaders and team members with focused, actionable insights that can be applied immediately to their business.

Each 30/30 session consists of 30 minutes of teaching on a focused topic related to agency growth, leadership, operations, or sales, followed by 30 minutes of open discussion, during which participants can ask questions, discuss challenges, and share examples of how the topic applies in real-world situations.

This format combines structured learning with the chance to share experiences and ask questions in a collaborative environment.

Purpose of 30/30 Sessions

The purpose of 30/30 Sessions is to create a space where members can learn about specific topics and then engage in conversations that help them put those ideas into practice. By combining education and dialogue, participants can take away both information and practical approaches from their peers and coaches.

Topics covered in 30/30 Sessions

Topics vary throughout the year and often include areas such as:

  • Prospecting and sales development
  • Leadership skills and agency culture
  • Operational efficiency and processes
  • Marketing and client experience strategies

Each session is designed to give participants insights they can immediately begin using in their agencies.

Who can attend?

30-30 Sessions are available to members of the Goose community. They are intended for agency owners, leaders, and team members who want to continually improve their skills and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
