What is a PAR Group?

PAR Groups are small peer accountability and roundtable discussion groups  that bring agency leaders, producers, and service teams together to share strategies and set growth and operational goals.

A PAR Group is a structured peer group experience offered exclusively for Goose members. PAR stands for Peer Accountability and Roundtable, and these groups are designed to give agency leaders, producers, and service team members a place to learn, share, and grow alongside their peers.

Purpose of PAR Groups

PAR Groups were created to provide a community of accountability and shared learning with a small group of similarly situated peers. The focus is on improving performance through honest conversations, exchanging ideas, and applying proven strategies.

How a PAR Group works

  • Peer accountability: Members set goals and share progress with the group. Regular check-ins help keep everyone focused on the actions needed to meet those goals.
  • Roundtable discussions: Sessions create space to discuss challenges, explore new approaches, and gain insights from other members’ experiences.
  • Guided structure: Each group follows a framework led by a Q4i coach, ensuring discussions remain focused and productive.

This structure creates a balance of support and accountability that helps members turn ideas into action.

Who participates in PAR Groups?

PAR Groups are designed for:

  • Agency owners and leaders looking for guidance on strategy, leadership, and growth.
  • Producers who want to develop stronger prospecting skills, improve their sales approach, and grow their book of business.
  • Service team members ready to improve their client management and team development skills.

Members join a group that aligns with their role and goals, allowing for relevant discussions and peer feedback.
