Friendor sponsorships are not refundable.
Refunds are only available for Agency attendee tickets based on the schedule below:
Cancellations received in writing (email) by midnight, January 4, 2023 (Pacific time) will be eligible for a full refund, less an 8% per-person processing fee. Written cancellations received between January 5, 2023 and April 16, 2023 midnight PST, will be eligible for a 50% refund, less an 8% per-person processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 17, 2023. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Refunds will be made via check four to six weeks after the conference has concluded.
Yes, substitutions are allowed for the same ticket type. Agency attendees may send another agency attendee from the same agency or another agency in your place. Vendor attendees may send another vendor attendee from the same company in your place. Please notify Q4i in advance of any substitutions. Include:
- Name
- Company
- City, State
- Will they be attending dinner on Monday?
- Will they be attending cocktails on Tuesday?
