Why are these courses on my dashboard?
The courses on your dashboard are chosen for you, based on the role you selected when you joined and what your membership includes.
The order they appear in
- Courses you have already started, always first
- Courses suggested for your role and membership
- If you have finished all of those courses you are enrolled in, but have not opened
- After that, anything else your membership covers
What you will not see there
Courses you have finished drop off the list, so the row stays useful rather than becoming a record of what you have done.
Courses outside your membership do not appear here either. You will find those in the full course library.
Scrolling through them
Use the arrows beside the heading, or scroll sideways with your trackpad. The heading reads "Start Learning" until you open your first course, then changes to "Continue Learning”.
Frequently asked questions
I finished a course, and it vanished. Where is it?
In the full course library, with your progress intact. Completed courses are deliberately omitted from the dashboard row.
Can I change which courses are suggested?
The suggestions follow the role on your account. Change your role in your account settings, and the row will follow.
