Why do I see a lock on a hub or a resource category?

A lock means that content sits outside your current membership. It is not a sign that something has gone wrong with your account or that a payment has failed.

Why locked items stay in your menu

Locked pages keep their names in the menu with a lock icon beside them, and they stay selectable. You can see what the platform offers rather than having it hidden. Selecting a locked item takes you to a page explaining it.

What you see when you select one

A locked Learning Hub opens a full page that covers what the hub includes: the courses, files, and discussion groups tied to that pillar.

A locked Resource Library category shows a shorter panel where the file grid would be, with a link across to that pillar's hub page if you want the longer version.

Unlocking a hub also unlocks that pillar's category in the Resource Library. The two go together.

How to get access

Select Talk to Sales on any of these pages. It opens an email to our sales team, who can tell you what adding that pillar involves for your membership.

If your agency pays for your account

You will see Contact Your Account Admin instead of the sales option, because changes to a shared membership are made by the account owner. See "My agency pays for our account. How do I ask for more access?" for what to send them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I unlock a pillar myself from this page?

Not yet. Everything routes to our sales team for now.

I have full access, but I am still seeing a lock. What should I do?

That is not expected. Submit a question to support and include the page you were trying to open.
